We want our housing costs to be as transparent as possible. So included in the price is rent, utilities, internet, housing taxes, services like cleaning and maintenance, laundry and parking. Furthermore we have an apple tv set up, community events hosted by us and recommendation events in the city.

No extra fees are charged, before move-in you only pay the first month of rent and a security deposit.

The deposit is 150 euros and it is fully refunded within 10 days after move out if your room is in the same condition as it was when you moved in.

Our minimum stay is one month, you can stay as long as you want. We also offer flexible stays for membership owners for personalized number of nights or members who travel back and forth. Send us a message if you are interested!

We offer a self check-in option that's straightforward and convenient, ensuring you can settle in at your own pace, any time of day or night.
